ABOUT PASTOR BOB THIBODEAU
His Personal Background
Pastor Robert Thibodeau is a 12 year Army veteran (serving as both enlisted and as a commissioned Cavalry Officer).
He is also a retired law enforcement supervisor.
His Ministry Background
After his retirement, he started his radio career and within six months had his own nationwide AM radio ministry program!
He started the online Christian radio platform "Evangelism Radio" in the fall of 2010 (www.evangelismradio.com) to help church and ministry leaders to take their messages to the world (at a fraction of the cost of traditional radio).
In the summer of 2024, he SOWED the radio station into another ministry - in order to devote full time to the Christian podcasting niche!
The "Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast" was initially started to conduct interviews with Christian influencers from all walks of life and to play the interviews on the radio platform (to help them promote their ministries, products and services).
It has since grown into it's own "movement" (of sorts) and is now the flagship operation of our ministry!

After the success of the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast, Pastor Bob was asked over and over again "How can I start a podcast?" This led to the development of a specialized podcast training platform, "FaithCaster Academy," specifically designed to help Christians start a podcast or grow their existing podcast and learn how to conduct great interviews! https://FaithCasterAcademy.com)
Understanding that many people would like to grow their audience or increase their businesses, Bob started to help people find other podcasters willing to interview these folks. That is the purpose of THIS platform!!!
When Pastor Bob started, he had one listener - HIMSELF! (He often shares that "even his wife did not listen to him)! But that has changed!
Now, he has listeners from all over the world and has helped many, many others to do the same. And it all started - with INTERVIEWS!
Beginning in 2025, ALL of our services are combined and rebranded under this one flagship - PODCASTERS FOR CHRIST! This allows everyone to find and connect with others looking to do interviews and/or willing to be interviewed!
Bob currently resides in the Baltimore, MD area with his wife of 47 years, two grown daughters and their families (with 7 grandchildren).
